Question regarding java transformer

Issue/Introduction

I am preparing to install CA/Spool version 14 and this involves converting to the java transformer. I have an option papersrc = LowerOpt, do you know the corresponding java transformer option. I can not find Loweropt in the defineFeed description.

Resolution

LowerOpt is just converted to a number to be used in the PCL Paper Source command. 

 When transforming a file using LowerOpt with no FEEDPCL definitions, the resulting paper source command used a 5 in the paper source command.

 You should be able to determine if the same value is used at your site by doing a hex edit on a transformed file that used the A2PCPARM containing LowerOpt.

 That would translate to outputTray="5" on the DefineFeed for the Java Transformers.
