AdminUI reports Invalid username and password combination

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to login to the adminui and we cannot login to the policy server.

This takes 5 minutes to try to login the user but ends with the message:

 

    'Invalid username and password combination'

 

How can we solve this ?

Environment

Release : All SiteMinder Releases w/ Linux Operating Systems

Cause

Low entropy values

Resolution

Insure that the AdminUI OS and Policy Server RedHat OS have sufficient

entropy to solve this issue.

 

  Increase Entropy
