The workflow approval process fails in CA Identity Portal (IM) even though it succeeds in CA Identity Manager (IM).

Cause

programmatic issue.

Resolution

An Identity Manager vAPP fix has been made available for this issue.  (HF-01371067-20190827-0002.tgz.gpg) and is available upon request. The general availability fix will be relased in the next CP
