Alarm debug in OneClick will not turn off

Issue/Introduction

Although no runtime debug options are enabled, we continue to get AlarmFireTimer debug output in the catalina.out on one of our OneClick servers.

Environment

Release : 10.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

• Recycle Tomcat Service on OneClick Server. 
• All Runtime debugging should be disabled (default) on Tomcat initialization.
