​How do I find out if a specific CICS region has Intertest CICS DB2 support configured?

Issue/Introduction

​The client is running Intertest CICS r 11 in CICS 5.4 in many of their CICS regions. How can the client tell if Intertest CICS DB2 support has been configured in a specific CICS region?

Resolution

​At a clear screen in CICS enter the VRPT transaction and press the enter key. Next select option 1

1  CA InterTest for CICS - Display Programs, Transactions, File Status

VRPT option one will display​ ​certain Intertest CICS load modules.The following modules are used for DB2 support. In the example below Intertest CICS is NOT configured for DB2​ in this particular CICS region​

IN71FIDB DB2 support not installed

IN25TIAR DB2 support not installed
