This problem regarding unable to uninstall the CAMDM agent may be due to the fact developers no longer have local admin rights on our workstation.
Now that the in Program and Features screen shot below, the utility is running with elevated privileges. However the uninstall of the camdm client agent fails because the uninstall is unable to delete the xeupdate.dll. See attached log file. Note that in the task manager screen,
XeUpdate.Exe is still running after the failure notice has been displayed.
What can I do to remove the agent from my work station?

Component : CA MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Stop the MDM service on the client
Set it to inactive
Reboot
XeUpdate.exe -uninstall
