We have a user of Ca View while in mode JOB - typed in something and now can not update the "TO DATE" field

Get the user to logoff Ca View
From the Command Line in Ca View enter DEF USER
Locate the User and just make a note of their profile values for reference
Then just Delete that user (option D in the SEL field) and have them log back into CA View - their profile will be created when they log back into Ca View - the user is then able to successfully navigate and enter data in the JOB Mode screen.
