Issue/Introduction

While in mode JOB mode, user typed in something and now can not update the "TO DATE" field.

Resolution

Follow the below steps to  Delete the Users Profile in View:

* Get the user to logoff from View.

* From the Command Line in View enter DEF USER. 

* Locate the User and just make a note of their profile values for reference. 

* Then just Delete that user (option D in the SEL field) and have them log back into View - their profile will be created when they log back into View - the user is then able to successfully navigate and enter data in the JOB Mode screen.
