Job waiting for CPM VRM COREQ resources

Issue/Introduction

Why are my jobs waiting for CPM COREQ resources? The jobs have been defined the same way and never waited on CPM @FLOW resource?

Environment

Release: 11.3 and 12.0 only

Resolution

This will occur if you turn off CPM in the CA 7 initialization deck by coding CPM=NO or removing the CPM keyword. If you remove CPM from CA 7 and you have @FLOW type resources defined with FREE=A, the job will wait on resource. You will need to change FREE=A to FREE=I, or you will need to remove the @FLOW resource(s) from job(s).
