Issue/Introduction

When trying to save a Roadmap view in the Clarity New User Experience (New UX), get errors such as such as 'roadmap.errors.createunsavedview' or 'Could not save the view.'


Additional notes:

  • This issue doesn't impact all users (such as an administrator with full access to the application).
  • Using developer tools for debug information the below information is displayed:

Resolution

This issue can occur due to something restricting the user's access to one or more lookups for roadmaps. For this specific error, granting 'Resource - View – All' (or any higher resource right such as Resource - Edit - All) will remove the error for the user and allow the user to save views.
