After upgrading to zVSE 6.2 and CICS 2.2 Intertest CICS for VSE fails with error message CAIN4359 Startup error.

Issue/Introduction

​The client just upgraded to zVSE 6.2 and CICS 2.2.  The client applied the Intertest CICS for VSE required certification fixes TC23600,TC23601,TC23605,TC23606,T561063.
When the client starts Intertest CICS for VSE r 6.0​ Intertest​ CICS for VSE fails with with error message  CAIN4359 Startup error at IN25SERS+3394 code ST.

Cause

PTF T32D605 has a new CSD requirement which was not done.

Resolution

​PTF T32D605 has a new CSD requirement which is listed below. Once the new CSD entry was created Intertest CICS  for VSE ​initialized successfully.  

As per T32D605:

* ***NOTE*** This fix adds a new Intertest module, IN25AI43.  

* ***NOTE*** A CSD entry must be added, you can just COPY  

* ***NOTE*** entry IN25AI41 as IN25AI43.
