Can the >TIMECMD flag be changed in batch?

Is there a way to change a >TIMECMD from active to incative status from

batch instead of through the ISPF panels?

There is no batch or command processor type of functionality with this  

product to perform that type of action this must be done exclusively via

the ISPF panel interface.
