While implementing generic resources for TPX getting the following message when attempting to bring up TPX:
TSS7251E Access Denied to IBMFAC <IXLSTR.TPXSTRCTFDMSTPXF>
IXL013I IXLCONN REQUEST FOR STRUCTURE TPXSTRCTFDMSTPXF FAILED.
TPX5556 CA-TPX SYSPLEX SERVICES FOR NODE(TPXSMFx ) are disabled

IXLCONN RETURN CODE: 00000008, REASON CODE: 0201084C
NOT AUTHORIZED TO CONNECT TO STRUCTURE
What is the Top Secret level of access required for TPX to operate in a Generic Resources /Coupling Facility environment.

Resolution
Error message indicate that resource access to IXLCONN is restricted.
Modify TSS resource permits.
For TPX to operate unhindered in a Generic Resource / CF structure environment under Top Secret, verify following access is granted.
TSS PER(TPX) IBMFAC(IXLSTR.structurename) ACC(ALL)
