Rally: Incorrect Dependency Work Item Type Displayed

Issue/Introduction

When trying to associate a predecessor or successor dependency, the wrong work item type is displayed and cannot be changed.  This can happen on various work item types, such as User Story details or a Portfolio Item details.  The Work Item Types field is incorrect and grayed out as seen below:

Cause

This can be caused by a corrupt preference

The following preference strings need to be removed

• data-table-default/-222444/predecessors
• data-table-default/-222444/successors
