Issue/Introduction

 Chorus Software Manager (CSM) fails to install Database Management for Db2 for z/OS r20 IR8 PTFs attempting to invoke member PXMDSSMP.

Cause

The hlq.CDBAZFS file system was not mounted correctly causing the loss of directories and files (including PXMDSSMP) under /xxx/dbmgmt/CA.

Resolution

A fresh installation was performed ensuring the ZFS file system was properly created, mounted and via the HOLDDATA in IR4 augmented from 50 tracks to 150 cyls.
