CSM will not install CA DB2 R20 IR8 successfully

Issue/Introduction

 CSM fails to install CA DB2 R20 IR8 ptf attempting to invoke member PXMDSSMP.

Environment

Release : 20.0

Component : CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB for z/OS

Cause

The CDBAZFS file system was not mounted correctly, causing the loss of directories and files (including PXMDSSMP) under /cai/dbmgmt/CA.

Resolution

A fresh installation was performed ensuring the ZFS file system was properly created, mounted and via the holddata in IR4 augmented from 50 tracks to 150 cyls.
