Issue/Introduction

I would like to know how to re-syncronize.  In other words, CA MSM/CSM believes there is a PTF nnnnnnn.bin in CASC20.  It is not there since that file was deleted.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CHORUS SOFTWARE MANAGER

Resolution

Since the CASC20 file that contained the PTF was deleted you would need to identify the product/release for the missing PTF. From the products tab, right click on the release then click cleanup and hide. After this is done, click "show hidden products" and select the same product/release and click 'show products'. This will restore the product/release back to you available list. Next right click on the release then click 'update product release'.
