DUAS6: "uxpur ctl" only purges last two procno for same launch number

Issue/Introduction

Purging Job Executions via the command "uxpur ctl" only delete the last two executions for the same Launch Number.

This can be detected using the "uxlst ctl recover" command.

Cause

This is an issue detected on Dollar Universe 6 until version 6.10.01

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
