New autorep options for agent inventory not returning agent info in all cases

Issue/Introduction

I am using the new autorep agent inventory option in 11.3.6 SP7 and finding that the agent and OS info is not always being returned. 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Cause

It is the agent that will send the release/build information to the server during the restart of Agent. After the AE server is upgraded to SP2/SP3/SP4/SP5/SP6/SP7/SP8, the agent service needs to be restarted at least once, because displaying the build and release info of agent is introduced after 11.3.6 SP1.

Resolution

It is the agent that will send the release/build information to the server during the restart of Agent. After the AE server is upgraded to SP2/SP3/SP4/SP5/SP6/SP7/SP8, the agent service needs to be restarted at least once, because displaying the build and release info of agent is introduced after 11.3.6 SP1.

Once the agent is restarted, the server will get the build information in 11.3.6 SP2/SP3/SP4/SP5/SP6/SP7/SP8 and store it in the tables.
