You can ignore the error, which is being caused by some built-in monitors (as follows), enabled by default.

Here is steps to disable these monitors.
1. Open Control Panel in Windows, change display setting from Category to Icon, open CA SystemEDGE
2. Stop SystemEDGE service.
3. Go to Users\public\CA\SystemEDGE\port<Port Number>
4. Open sysedge.cf
5. Comment out above lines, save it.
6. Rename sysedge.mon
7. Start SystemEDGE service.
