Issue/Introduction
When setting a Mainframe webhook active button to "ON" then refreshing the browser the active button goes to "OFF"

Resolution
Correct Watch Log directory path for the Endevor environment in WebHook setting, any WebHook configuration error including the access issue to watch directory could turn the active button OFF.
Enable End to End logging in Endevor.
