Issue/Introduction

I searched the manuals for TUNWSCC0 and found nothing. I tried searching the support site. I selected Mainframe Application Tuner as the product and entered TUNWSCC0 as the search argument. I got a response of "Product details are not found for this product, please return to the product information main page and select a valid product. "

I have not gotten the CICS or DB2 teams involved in doing their part as I had that 0C4 issue which is closed.

Resolution

Client had the member TUNWSC in his UTRPARM and not TUNWSCC0. Renamed member and problem was resolved...L2 confirms it was not done by the product, but most likely by the user.
