Some users are getting SPC-OCC-10257 the user XXXX has no privileges when trying to log into Spectrum OneClick

This error is somewhat generic. There may be a few possible causes:
1. Check case sensitivity of the login user name
- Spectrum user login is case sensitive.
- "Spectrum" user is not the same as "spectrum" user
2. If duplicate users exist in the database, login will fail

3. In some cases the error was seen following a Spectrum Upgrade
- Try restarting Tomcat - reference the following KB:

4. Check to see if the user has a "/" character in the name:

5. If the above do not solve the issue, then you can enable login debug and check the Tomcat log:
- go to OneClick admin web page > Administration > Debugging > Web Server Debug (runtime)
- scroll to locate "SSORB Security SP" debug
- enable the debug (click ON, MAX and APPLY")
- reproduce the error and check the catalina/stdout log: <SPECROOT>/tomcat/logs/
