What is the best way to remove a range of tapes from TMOSCRxx scratch pool ?

Resolution

To remove a subpool from the scrtcah pool you need to:

 -  remove the TMOSCRxx entry for the pool.  

 -  remove the TMONSMxx entries that point to the pool

 -  run TMSINIT.

 If this range of volumes should be removed from the TMC, then make sure all of the tapes  are in scratch and delete status and use TMSXTEND to do a REMVOL for the

 range of volumes in question.
