Issue/Introduction

What are the steps to download the SYSVIEW Performance Management  for  z/OS pax file from the support portal?

Resolution

1. Sign in to https://support.broadcom.com/
2. Click on Mainframe Software.
3. Click on My Downloads.
4. In the Search by Product Name field type SYSVIEW.
5. As a result, you should see SYSVIEW, click on that.
6. Click on the product name SYSVIEW Performance Management MVS.
7. Choose the current release, or release needed if more than 1 is showing.
8. Select the SYSVIEW RR.V #### level by clicking on the > symbol to the far right of the line
9. Select downloading option HTTPS or FTP for the pax file.
