CEE5101C During initialization, the callable service BPX1MSS failed. The system return code was 0000000156 , the reason code was 0B0C00FC . The application will be terminated.

User abend 4093 occurred processing authorized command 'FTP'.

ISPD210  CMD abended - 'FTP' terminated abnormally.

Resolution

User needs a complete OMVS segment to run FTP. 

TSS LIST(acid) SEGMENT(OMVS) show the acid has a GROUP,  DFLTGRP and HOME, but no UID. 

Need to add UID to the acid.

 TSS ADD(acid) UID(nnnnn)
