Issue/Introduction

Unable to view domains in IM after upgrade to 9.2.0S. Can see gethubs errors in the IM error log.

Environment

Release : 9.2.0

Component : UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Resolution

This is related to the fact that the default profile that is used in IM is defaulting to alarm view on startup. The release notes make note that the C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\hub\profiles\*.* should be removed, but after doing that you are still running into the same issue.


Perform the following to resolve the problem:

  • select View > Manage Profiles
  • click New and specify Profile Name > OK
  • double click on that profile (this should the bring in the domain)
  • select View > Save Current Profile As...
  • save with the name default
