UMP 9.x Upgrade fails - Liferay error regarding a missing licenses

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading the UMP Server to 9.x opening the UIM Portal causes a Liferay error regarding a missing license
The Upgrade went without errors.
Environment
Release : UMP 9.x
Component : UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT
Cause
The CAOEM_PortalOEM_oem.li file was missing from the folder /opt/nimsoft/probes/service/data/license
Resolution
Copy the CAOEM_PortalOEM_oem.li file from /opt/nimsoft/probes/service/wasp/license to /opt/nimsoft/probes/service/data/license
Restart the WASP.
