Granting Access To Custom Object

Issue/Introduction

What access rights are necessary for a user to be able to see the custom object link under the Home menu? What other access rights are available for this custom object?

Resolution

When a custom object is created, the following access rights are created in the system: 

<Custom Object> - Navigate

<Custom Object> - Create

<Custom Object> - Edit

<Custom Object> - View

<Custom Object> - Xog Access

The first access right on the list above is necessary for the menu link to appear on the Home menu for the users. The remaining access rights are necessary depending on what kind of access the users are to have to the custom object.
