Unable to view existing Explore and Correlate definition in Identity Manager

Issue/Introduction
In Pre-Production environment can see all Explorer/Correlate definitions using the OOTB menu:
And it will list all the created definitions
In production, there are no definitions listed
1. Confirm Definitions Exist
2. Check Admin Task to see if there could have been a change to the Search screen.
3 Confirm you are using all CA IDM Default settings.

Resolution
1. Using Identity Manager UI, select 'Modify Admin Role' task and modify the 'System Manager' role
2. On Modify Admin Role: System Manager, select the Members tab
3. On the Members tab, add a new 'Scope Rule' on all the existing 'Member Rule' : - Object Type: Explore and Correlate - Scope: All
4. Submit the changes
