Explore and Correlate definitions are not visible in Identity Manager

Issue/Introduction

 In a pre-production environment, all Explorer/Correlate definitions are visible using the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) menu.

However, in the production environment, no definitions are listed.

Symptoms

• Explorer/Correlate definitions do not appear in the production UI.
• Definitions exist in the database but are not visible to administrators.

Cause

The 'System Manager' admin role does not have the proper Scope Rules defined for the Explore and Correlate object type in the production environment.

Resolution

Follow these steps to modify the admin role scope:

1. Log in to the Identity Manager UI.
2. Select the Modify Admin Role task and choose the System Manager role.
3. Select the Members tab.
4. On the Members tab, add a new Scope Rule to each existing Member Rule:
   • Object Type: Explore and Correlate
   • Scope: All
5. Submit the changes.
