Issue/Introduction

User is able to mark the task as completed in the organizer tasks page, even thought the ETC of the assignment is non zero.

When a user goes to a the project tasks and tries to mark the task with non-zero ETC as completed, he gets an error:

'PRJ-07235: Invalid status for task having non-zero ETC.'

Differences between the Organizer > Tasks tab and the Task Assignments

On the task assignments a task assignment can be set to complete if:

1. Actuals are greater than 0

2. ETC is 0

Organizer > Tasks tab

The resource can indicate completion by entering Pending ETC = 0. This is reflected in assignment status display. Pending ETC also known as Proposed ETC.

As with timesheet, the resource can indicated Pending ETC to let project manager know remaining work (including 0). Only the project manager can update the real ETC value.

As far as the resource is concerned, he is 'completed' even if ETC is non-zero.

The Completed action makes the Pending ETC = 0.

The assignment displays as Completed even if (real) ETC is non-Zero.

The status that is mentioned in the organizer page is specific to the user and not to the task, as the the effort that is mentioned in that page points to the pending ETC.
