Windows版 STOPを有効にするとMS SQLServerが起動できない

Issue/Introduction

ControlMinder導入後にSTOP機能が有効な状態でコンピュータを再起動するとMS SQLServerが起動できず、添付のエラーがアプリケーション

イベントログとMS SQLServerのエラーログに記録されます。

この問題を回避するには以下の方法があります。

- STOP機能を無効にする

以下の手順で無効化します。

1. ControlMinderの停止

secons -s

2. 以下のレジストリを変更します。

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\AccessControl\Instrumentation\PlugIns\StopPlg

OperationModeを1から0に変更する

3. ControlMinderの開始

seosd -start

- SQLServerをControlMinderより先に起動する
