When applying PTFs or maintenance it is possible that messages similar to the following may encountered:
GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR MOD ENTRY U11D0230 IN SYSMOD RO26758
GIM31902I SYSMOD RO26758 DOES NOT SPECIFY UM00012 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND.
The correct action to address this is to restore USERMODs, apply PTFs or maintenance and then reapply USERMODs.
Release : 11.0
Component : CA-11
USERMODs must be reinstalled after each CA-11 version or release upgrade. When a PTF requires a reinstall of the USERMOD, you are informed during the SMP APPLY step of the PTF. The following messages are an example of what you receive:

GIM31902I SYSMOD RO26758 DOES NOT SPECIFY UM00012 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND.
In this example, the corrective action is to RESTORE USERMOD UM00012, re-APPLY PTF RO26758, then re-APPLY USERMOD UM00012.
As always, please contact Broadcom support for CA-11 if you have further questions.
