Cause
Analying log:
It failed to load bond plugin due to the fact that the rest request was timed out.
Resolution
Fixed by correcting customer.config file.
Verify the below configuration from customer.config:
this section should contain the AE restAPI (default port 8088), instead of ARA restAPI
