We adjusted the Primary connections for the databases for each of the AutoSys environments and when we ran the test we get the error message Cannot Connect to Database. We worked with our DBAs to try and determine the issue but we were not able to establish a connection.
AutoSys and other tools were able to connect after the migration. We are not able to get iDash to connect.

Log into Workload Automation iDash admin tool, go to "iDash server" tab on the left side, then select Autosys tab, next select "preferences" tab and unselect "Hold DB connections". Make sure to save changes by clicking the "floppy dissk" icon and check mark again "Hold DB connections" , save changes and test DB connection by clicking the "key" icon.
