Issue/Introduction

We are facing one situation that as an admin we can login to Desktop version but not in GUI with our admin id and Users can’t login to GUI or desktop version too. We have EEM setup in our idDash. 

Environment

Resolution

Log into EEM as administrator and change the admin password, then try to log in to the GUI again.
