We have recently configured the IDash with Autosys. We want to integrate the IDash to Servicenow/ mail for incidents creation in case of any alerts.

We do not have any sample scripts for incident creation in ServiceNow. In doing a quick Internet search I see several references to this same question. Here are a couple of community posts that may help you.
Also, the AutoSys SLA alerts raised by iDash are raised within AutoSys and like other AutoSys generated alerts are SNMP forwardable/traps. Please check how you are managing the ticketing in ServiceNow for AutoSys alerts and you can follow the same route for the iDash SLA alerts in AutoSys.
We currently do not support multiple/bulk SLA creation/update through the iDash CLI, so you will have to create a script that can list the SLAs and then run the idupdate commands.
