Issue/Introduction

The IEE600I REPLY TO 00nn IS;SUPPRESSED     messages need to be altered so the operators can see the reply and know what was actually supplied to the WTOR. This is only required for specific action items

Explanation

This message notifies all consoles that received a message that the system accepted a reply to the message.

id

The reply identifier for the message.

text

The first 43 characters of the accepted reply. SUPPRESSED appears if the ROUTCDE parameter of the write to operator with reply (WTOR) message was 9 (security).

System action

The system continues processing.

Resolution

The ROUTECODE of 9 is IBM controlled but can be altered in the ACTION screens for Opera on an individual action basis.


When you update the action record there is a field that shows all the route codes that you have selected for messages to be generated.

 

It usually defaults to this:

 

Route Codes  ----*----1----*----2

 1-64   ===> YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY    


In this line you will want to blank out the Y for route code 9, it will look like this:


Route Codes  ----*----1----*----2

 1-64   ===> YYYYYYYY YYYYYYY                 

   

There is a blank in the column for route code 9.

 

PF3 from this screen and update the panel, then refresh the table on the screen.
