Issue/Introduction

We are encountering Error validateuser.exe during the install of APMDB when we are trying to install the APM 10.7 EM and database.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : database

Resolution

login to the system as "Administrator" account, and lunch the install exe file as "Run as administrator". 


Also, make sure that postgres administrator windows account does not exist. If there is already postgres administrator windows account, delete the postgres  administrator windows account before running the install.
