cant connect to my sql

Issue/Introduction

When launching Mib Tools getting error as 

cannot connect to my sql 

Environment

Release : 10.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Login to Oneclick Server

Start 

Run

services.msc

Stop spectrum tomcat service

restart spectrum process daemon service 

start spectrum tomcat service 

This should resolve the connection problems. 

Please open a case if still problem persists
