When trying to log into xFlow/Service Point using http://hostname:9002 URL, the following error appears: "login.sessionExpiredTitle"
If we use http://hostname:9002/casm.html then it works fine.
Error message:
Release : 17.2
1. Log into Service Desk Manager > Administration > Security Management and Roles > Access type
2. Click on the Access type being used > Applications > Set Service Point as default application instead of xFlow, then set back to xFlow
3. Restart xFlow services.
