Issue/Introduction

How to migrate existing snmptd probe (ver 3.30) configuration to new robot device ?

Environment

Component : UIM - SNMPTD

Resolution

1. Install the same version of snmptd probe on to new robot device.
2. Import all the required MIB files via snmptd probe GUI of the new robot device.
   - or -
   Copy the <InstallFolder>\Nimsoft\MIBS folder over to the new robot device.
3. Replace the probe cfg (snmptd.cfg) file (in snmptd probe folder of new robot device) from existing snmptd probe environment.
4. Restart snmptd probe in the new robot device.
