No Auditing configuration was found for ime "environment_name"

Issue/Introduction

Creating a new environment causes the following error in the startup server.log and IDM UI:

No Auditing configuration was found for ime "environment_name"

How do you resolve the "No Auditing configuration was found for ime "environment_name" message?

Windows or LinuxOne nodeJboss

Resolution

This issue is caused by IDM trying to read multiple ims.jar files in the deploy/iam_im-ear/library.

1. Navigate to deploy/iam_im-ear/library. 
2. Check for any duplicate duplicate ims.jar files. Tar and zip files of the ims.jar in that directory would also be read.  Another possibility is that the event listeners are created and the ims.jar is copied and backed up in the same same working directory which causes this message.  IDM reads the jars which causes a conflict.
3. Remove any duplicates from this directory structure. 
4. After removing any duplicate or backups of ims.jar from that working directory, restart the environment and then try again.

Additional Information

The duplicate file may not be named ims.jar. The file could have been copied for a back up and renamed.  Example names include:

imsbck.jar
imsbackup.zip
ims.zip
