Oracle MCS monitoring is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

All the prerequisites are completed, oracle probe is in the archive but still the profile is grayed out (unavailable)

The error message is:

Profile Type unavailable because the apache probe is not in the local archive, does not have a valid license, or is missing other dependencies.

Environment

Release : 9.1.0

Component : UIM - ORACLE

Resolution

Open the Probe utility for the "automated_deployment_engine" on the primary and secondary hubs. 

The return for the "archive_is_package_deployable" callback should be empty. If not, then download the packages names in the output.
