Cause

The range has not been defined to TMSSCRxx and TMONSMxx members. 

Resolution

The volume range XXXXXX-XXXXXX is not defined to your TMSSCRxx and TMONSMxx members. When the tapes are mounted, they are being rejected with the NS 80 because they aren't defined to those two members. Once you define the range using the documentation below, the XXXXXX-XXXXXX range of tapes should be mounted and written to.
