Issue/Introduction

Executing Fast Unload for Db2 for z/OS (PFU) and encountering SQL-905 error indicating Resource Limit exceeded:

The Db2 Resource Limit Facility (RLF) was recently implemented.


Environment

Release: r20

Component: CA Fast Unload for Db2 for z/OS (PFU)

Resolution

Modify the RLF table SYSIBM.DSNRLST01 to exclude the Fast Unload utility.

The RLFCOLLN column can be utilized to specify package collections. 

For Fast Unload the following package collections are utilized:


DGL1Rxxx_PUT_PFU

PASMRxxx_PAS


Please refer to the PLANSxx member utilized in hlq.CDBAPARM for the PASPLN01= and DGLPLN01= entries

to complete the RLFCOLLN information.
