No data populated in the 'Timesheet Status' of Timesheet Detail report

Issue/Introduction

'Timesheet Status' and 'Employment Type' of Timesheet Detail report does not get populated with data when a user is logged into Clarity PPM

with a language other than English. Data gets displayed when user is logged into Clarity PPM with language set to English.

Environment

Release : 15.6, 15.6.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS STUDIO

Resolution

Ensure the language the user is logged into Clarity PPM as is in the selected list under Clarity PPM Administration -> System Options -> Data Warehouse Options section then run the Load Data Warehouse job in full load. 

Note: For the reporting functionality to work for any language it must be selected as additional language. Also, English must be always selected to Data Warehouse functionality to work.
