Issue/Introduction

If the CA 7 MSMR table is changed, will the CA 7 STC require a recycle?

Environment

WA CA 7 Edition

Resolution

We recommend making the MSMR file a PDS pointing to a member which will allow modification capability to the member while CA  7 is active and without a recycle of the CA 7 STC.     

 If it is a sequential file, modifications to the table will not be allowed because the file is allocated by CA 7.
