Portal Refreshes without Auto Fresh Being Checked closes running Suite

Issue/Introduction

From the Portal Expand a Suite. Wait a few second and the Portal will refresh and close the Suite.

Auto Refresh is not checked.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

This is expected behavior :  

1) If any suite is running, there will be an auto refresh every 30 seconds. This happens even if auto refresh is unchecked.

2) When there are no running suites, expanded suites will not close.

The 'running' icon shows the number of tests/suites staged and completed.
