Issue/Introduction

Assembly and link edit for TRACAUTH may receive  ASMA043E  and ASMA044E error messages  if using over  1000 userids for @AUTH macro.

Resolution

When assembling the TRACAUTH module that has more than 1000 @AUTH entries, you can get assembly errors after the Entry_000L statement.

The following message can occur:

 

ASMA044E Undefined symbol - TRACAUTH_End

ASMA043E Previously defined symbol - TRACAUTH_Length

ASMA043E Previously defined symbol - Entry_001   


This problem is corrected by PTF SO08168.
